Ekadashi falls on the 11th lunar day of each fortnight — observed twice a month with a Vishnu fast by many Hindus and especially Vaishnavas. Krishna Paksha Ekadashi falls in the waning fortnight (before Amavasya); Shukla Paksha falls in the waxing fortnight (before Purnima). Dates are derived from our Amavasya/Purnima calculations and are approximate — confirm with a local Panchang before fasting.
