These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DailyCalendar.xyz (the "Site") and anything you purchase through it. Using the Site, or completing a purchase referred from it, means you accept these terms.

1. Who runs this site

DailyCalendar.xyz is owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited, an Evavel Group Company. Reach us any time at hello@dailycalendar.xyz.

2. What the Site offers

DailyCalendar.xyz publishes free calendar dates, Indian festival and holiday information, horoscopes, and international special-day listings for general reference. We also feature a small Shop section pointing to digital calendar products sold on our sister site, Sanskrit Calendar. DailyCalendar.xyz is not an official government, religious, or Panchang authority.

3. How purchases work

We don't process payments directly on DailyCalendar.xyz. Any product featured in our Shop is sold and fulfilled through our partner storefront (currently reached via sanskritcalendar.com/shop), where the order, payment, and delivery all take place. That storefront's own terms and refund policy govern the actual transaction; ours govern your use of this Site and the accuracy of what's shown here.

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep dates accurate, but lunar festival dates — Holi, Diwali, Eid, Ganesh Chaturthi and others — can shift by a day depending on region, local Panchang, or moon sighting. Don't rely on this Site as your sole source for planning official holidays, religious observances, or time-sensitive commitments; verify with a local authority when it matters. 5. Acceptable use

Browse and reference the Site freely for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't scrape, republish, or redistribute our content or code at scale without permission, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use it unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, original copy and code belong to DailyCalendar.xyz / Evavel Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Plain factual information — dates, holiday names — isn't owned by anyone and is free to reference. Contact us to request permission for anything beyond that.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

Evavel Private Limited isn't liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on this Site's content, including a missed event or observance due to a date discrepancy, nor for issues arising from a purchase completed on a partner storefront (see their own terms for that).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
