Purchases happen on our partner storefront

DailyCalendar.xyz doesn't process payments or deliver files itself. Products featured in our Shop are sold and fulfilled through our partner storefront, currently reached via sanskritcalendar.com/shop. Your order, payment, and file delivery all happen there — so does any refund.

The general policy: digital sales are final

As with most digital-download stores, once a file is delivered there's nothing physical to return, so refunds and exchanges generally aren't offered for change of mind or a purchase made without reading the product details first.

Genuine delivery problems are handled

If a payment goes through but the file never arrives, arrives corrupted, or you're charged twice for one order, that's on us to fix — either by resending the correct file or reversing the duplicate/failed charge. Reach out with your payment reference and we'll sort it out promptly.

Before you buy

Check the product description, sample pages, and specifications on the storefront carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, ask first — hello@dailycalendar.xyz — rather than after.
